2026 Board of Director Candidate Solicitation
Mountain Creek Homeowners Association members: The Mountain Creek Homeowners Association (MCHOA) is accepting candidates for Board of Directors (Board).
Greetings Mountain Creek Homeowners Association members:
The Mountain Creek Homeowners Association (MCHOA) is accepting candidates for Board of Directors (Board). There are two Board positions expiring in May 2026.
Candidate process
1. Board member candidate form submission opened on Monday, May 4, 2026 . 2. Board member candidate form submission closes at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2026.
3. If you desire to submit your name to be on the Board, the attached candidate form must be signed by the candidate and received by no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2026, regardless of the delivery method.
4. The form can be submitted as follows:
a) Email candidate@mountaincreekhoa.org. The email subject line must include “MCHOA Board candidate Form for [name of person]. If you choose this option, it is recommended to email the completed form a minimum of two hours prior to the deadline to account for any technology issues. Candidate forms sent to any other email address will not be accepted.
b) Deliver it physically to PS Management at 1490 Rusk Rd STE 301, Round Rock, TX 78665. If you choose this option, you must do so on a weekday between 9 AM and 4 PM and must obtain a date and time stamp on the candidate form proving that it was received prior to the deadline.
c) Mail the application. If you choose this option, it is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure the form arrives at PS Property Management prior to the deadline.
